At the 24th annual Consumer Awards organized by the Consumer Academy, Tex Cleaning Products, along with brands from various sectors that have earned consumer trust, took the stage. Following a field study conducted in nine cities, the chairpersons or general managers of brands identified as having the highest "trust values" in their respective sectors received the "Consumer Awards" at a dedicated ceremony.
The Consumer Awards were presented during a ceremony held as part of the 24th International Consumer Summit. The summit featured evaluations on "Consumer Orientation" from notable figures in business, media, and academia, including Erkan Güral, President of the Turkish Confederation of Young Businessmen (TÜGİK); Prof. Dr. Kerem Alkin, Vice Chairman of the Bloomberg Board; and Dr. Bahadır Kaleağası, International Coordinator of TÜSİAD. In the final segment of the summit, Cenap Nuhrat, Chairman of the SAM Social Research Center, revealed the results of their "Brand Perception Research."
Turkey's Most Comprehensive Brand Perception Research
According to the results of Turkey's largest brand research, conducted by SAM Social Research Center through household interviews in 9 provinces to measure the trust values of brands offering products and services to consumers in Turkey, the "Consumer Awards" were given to brands like Tex Cleaning Products, which achieved the highest trust values in their respective fields. The measurement evaluated the brands based on criteria such as the quality, price, information, and service loyalty of the products and services offered to consumers, as well as their sensitivity to the environment and human health.
Together with Yalova University Rector Prof. Dr. Niyazi Eruslu, Fahri Ustaoğlu, Founding President of the Consumer Academy, and this year's guest of honor, Gerhard Schröder, the 7th Chancellor of Germany, made the opening speech of the Summit and presented the Consumer Awards to Tex Cleaning Products General Manager Turan Aydoğdu and senior executives of the companies.
